HOLLAND — The Lakeshore Home Builders Association is planning a fun-filled exhibition for housing enthusiasts at Holland Civic Center Place later this month.
The Lakeshore Home Building and Remodeling Show will take place 1-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29. The show will feature over 65 booths representing builders, remodelers, showrooms, flooring, landscaping, financial institutions and more.
Celebrity guest speaker Zack Giffin, co-host of A&E’s “Tiny House Nation,” will offer a seminar at 6 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday. The seminar is free with admission to the show, which is $5 in advance and $6 at the door. Admission is good for one day, and children 15 and under enter free.
“With more people working from or spending increased time at home, many have found that it’s a good time to build, remodel or upgrade to keep up with the latest innovations and home trends,” said Brittany Ryzenga, CEO of the Lakeshore Home Builders Association.
The HBA was established in 1967 as a nonprofit representing the residential construction industry. The organization aims to stimulate the planning, construction, remodeling and marketing of attainable homes.
