Renovated Georgetown house on the market for $12 million

The red brick Federal-style house across the street from Georgetown Presbyterian Church has been home to several Washington insiders, a girls’ school and a fictional character in a movie. And now, after a four-year renovation, it is looking for new owners.

According to records in the Peabody Room of the D.C. Public Library branch in Georgetown, the older part of the house, at 3122 P St. NW, was built between 1820 and 1821 by Arnold Boone, a flour inspector. In the 1880s, the house was used as a girls’ school known as the Olney Institute.

New TMC medical rovers make old-fashioned house calls | Explore Wellness

Next time you need to go to urgent care, you might be able to get an old-fashioned housecall instead.

Tucson Medical Center officials announced last week that they have partnered with DispatchHealth to give patients comprehensive, at-home, acute care. 

TMC is currently the only hospital in the Tucson metro area providing this mobile urgent care model.

DispatchHealth currently has four active “rovers” (cars) in action serving the larger metro from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, including holidays.
